Keeping Track of the Budget

Most importantly we take the budget you have given to us for your wedding and/or reception and we make sure you stick to it. Of course, if you prefer to splurge and go over wedding budget then, you will be able to make that an informed decision instead of an unpleasant surprise later.

We will also track all the payments for your vendors and keep you informed of what needs to be paid when and how much. When the big day arrives, your wedding planner is right there with you every step of the way – except down the aisle! – making sure every detail is taken care of and every minute flows smoothly and perfectly.

Cleaning Up

We also stay behind after everyone has gone to be certain everything made it into someone’s car, bag or suitcase that was supposed to and that all the vendors clean up properly. If any items do get left behind I will contact a member of the wedding or reception and make arrangements to return it to its rightful place.
